You can request an appointment online! To start, please
click on the link below to review my schedule for an open date and time that will work for you. Then go to the "Appointment Request Submission Form"
and fill out your information. Click the Submit button.
I will then confirm our appointment.
My practice is closed to new clients. Only clients I helped last year are invited to submit appointment requests.
